Who can apply: Startup holding a My Assam Startup ID (MASI) from AISF
DPIIT recognised, or under 10 years old with turnover under ₹100 crore
Registered in Assam, or at least 25% of skilled staff from Assam
Patent already granted

How to apply: Get a MASI ID on the Assam startup portal, then claim through AISF after the patent is granted
