No. Flat pricing, always. We believe founders should keep 100% of their company. We never take equity, commission, or success fees on your raise.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We add no GST at checkout, so ₹1,499 is ₹1,499. No setup fees, no per-seat charges.
No. Credits cover your plan year. It ends on the date shown on your subscription page. Unused credits don't carry over. Nothing renews automatically. Buy a plan again and a new year of credits starts. Run out mid-year? Buy a top-up bundle. Top-up credits never expire. If your plan ends, unused top-ups are kept for your next plan.
Yes. A Pro to Max upgrade gives you a full year of Max. The year starts on the day you upgrade. Every allowance restarts at Max's level. That covers deck reviews, file shares, AI credits and the rest. Top-up credits you have already spent stay spent. Unused ones carry over. There are no downgrades within a plan year. Max can't be swapped for Pro while it is active. You can choose Pro once Max has ended.
A paid plan is one payment for one year. Nothing renews automatically. Access ends on the date shown on your subscription page. Everything you've made stays in your account, still readable. That means pitch deck reports, matches, shortlists and CRM records. Your account moves to the free tier. Features above it show as a locked preview. AI actions pause until you buy a plan again.
