- Has received less than ₹40 lakh in government grants so far
- Hardware or deep tech prototype; pure software, apps and e-commerce are not funded

- Apply to a PRAYAS Centre or Advance PRAYAS Centre listed on the NIDHI PRAYAS portal when it opens a call
